As we mentioned in our recent feature on the music of 1991, this year marks the 30th anniversary of one the biggest Australian rock debuts of all.
Baby Animals’ self-titled album hit the shelves in September 19, and in early 1992 it hit #1 in Australia and stayed in the chart for 9 months. For twelve years it reigned as the highest-selling debut album by an Australian band. To celebrate the album’s 30th anniversary, the Baby Animals are hitting the road for a national tour in June. Tickets are on sale now.
