Dark Mofo, the Hobart winter festival celebrating all things dark in popular (and unpopular) culture, has been cancelled for 2020.

The organisers have issued this statement explaining their reasons for pulling the plug in the growing fear over the COVID-19 pandemic. The current program will instead be hosted in 2021.
